GrazeNest started with a cheap air fryer and a lot of disappointing dinners. I’d follow a recipe to the letter and still end up with chicken that was charred outside and raw in the middle, or “crispy” fries that came out limp. The problem wasn’t me — it was recipes written by people who’d clearly never actually cooked them.
So I started doing it the hard way: cooking every recipe myself, over and over, writing down exactly what worked. How many minutes. What temperature. When to shake the basket. Whether it needs oil or not. I don’t publish a recipe here until it comes out crispy and golden for me at least three times in a row.
The promise: crispy, golden, easy
That’s the whole idea behind GrazeNest — recipes that actually work the first time, with exact measurements and clear steps, because I’ve already made the mistakes so you don’t have to.
I test everything in a standard home air fryer (nothing fancy), the same kind most people own. If a recipe needs a tweak for a smaller basket or a different model, I’ll tell you.
