Crispy Air Fryer Buffalo Cauliflower

These air fryer buffalo cauliflower bites bring all the tangy, spicy heat of buffalo wings in a crispy vegetarian form. The air fryer crisps the florets, then a quick toss in buttery hot sauce makes them irresistible — perfect for game day or a meatless snack.

Serve with ranch or blue cheese. For another crispy veg side, try our air fryer Brussels sprouts.

How to get crispy air fryer buffalo cauliflower

Cut the cauliflower into even florets, don’t overcrowd the basket, and add the buffalo sauce near the end with a final short blast so it clings without going soggy.
