Juicy Air Fryer Chicken Breast
Dry, rubbery chicken breast is one of the most common kitchen disappointments — and this air fryer chicken breast fixes it. A quick spice rub seals in the juices while the hot air gives you a golden, lightly seasoned crust.
Slice it over salads, tuck it into wraps, or serve it with our air fryer potato wedges.
How to keep air fryer chicken breast juicy
Pound thick breasts to an even thickness, don’t overcrowd the basket, and always cook to a safe internal temperature of 75°C (165°F) — then rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
