Crispy Air Fryer Brussels Sprouts
These are the air fryer Brussels sprouts that convert the haters. The air fryer caramelises the cut edges and crisps the loose outer leaves into little chips, while the centres stay tender — a world away from sad, boiled sprouts.
A shower of Parmesan and a drizzle of balsamic at the end make them dangerously moreish.
The secret to crispy air fryer Brussels sprouts
Halve the Brussels sprouts so the flat sides caramelise, don’t overcrowd the basket, and shake twice so every edge crisps up.
