How to get crispy air fryer buffalo cauliflower
Cut the cauliflower into even florets, don’t overcrowd the basket, and add the buffalo sauce near the end with a final short blast so it clings without going soggy.

Procedure

Season the florets
Toss the cauliflower florets with the olive oil, garlic powder and salt.

Preheat the air fryer
Preheat the air fryer to 190°C (375°F).

Air fry until crisp
Air fry at 190°C (375°F) for 14–16 minutes, shaking twice, until golden and crisp at the edges.

Coat in buffalo sauce
Whisk the hot sauce, melted butter and honey, toss the hot cauliflower in it, then air fry 2 more minutes to set.
