Honey Garlic Salmon

This honey garlic salmon is sweet, sticky and ready in 15 minutes. The fillets sear until golden, then a quick honey, garlic and soy glaze reduces into a glossy sauce that clings to every flake. Serve over rice with steamed greens for a dinner that feels special on a Tuesday.

How to get perfectly glazed honey garlic salmon

Pat the fillets dry for a good sear, don’t move them until they release from the pan, and add the honey glaze at the end so it caramelises without burning. Cook salmon to a safe internal temperature of 63°C (145°F).
