Air Fryer Garlic Parmesan Shrimp
From freezer to plate in about 10 minutes, this air fryer shrimp is almost too easy. The air fryer cooks them fast and hot so they stay plump and juicy rather than rubbery, with a savoury, garlicky Parmesan coating.
Serve as a starter, pile onto pasta, or add to a salad for a quick protein.
Cooking air fryer shrimp perfectly
Pat the shrimp dry and don’t overcook — they’re done the moment they turn pink and opaque and reach a safe internal temperature of 63°C (145°F).

Procedure

Season the shrimp
Pat the shrimp dry, then toss with the olive oil, garlic, Parmesan, salt, pepper and chilli flakes.

Preheat the air fryer
Preheat the air fryer to 200°C (400°F).

Air fry until pink
Air fry at 200°C (400°F) for 6–8 minutes, shaking once, until pink and opaque.

Garnish and serve
Scatter with the fresh parsley and serve with lemon.
