Juicy Air Fryer Pork Chops
Air fryer pork chops are a weeknight lifesaver: a simple spice rub, the hot circulating air, and you get a golden, well-seasoned crust with a juicy centre — no pan to babysit. From fridge to plate in about 15 minutes.
Serve them with our air fryer potato wedges or a crisp green salad.
How to keep air fryer pork chops juicy
Pat the chops dry for a better crust, don’t overcrowd the basket, and use a thermometer — pull them at a safe internal temperature of 63°C (145°F) and rest 5 minutes so the juices settle.
