Air Fryer Salmon Bites
These air fryer salmon bites are the viral dinner for a reason: bite-sized cubes of salmon caramelise at the edges and stay buttery in the middle, all glazed in a quick sweet-and-savoury sauce. They cook in under 10 minutes and there’s almost nothing to clean up.
Serve them over rice, in bowls, or as a protein-packed snack. Love salmon? Try our classic air fryer salmon fillets too.
Tips for perfect air fryer salmon bites
Cut the cubes evenly so they cook at the same rate, don’t overcrowd the basket, and pull them as soon as they reach a safe internal temperature of 63°C (145°F) — overcooked salmon dries out fast.
